NovoEmails simplifies the email process between your patients, your referents and you. This function of OrthoNovo grants you the freedom of sending an email from any station without the need of having Outlook installed on it. Moreover, all emails sent to a patient, including their attachments, are saved in the patient’s file where they can be viewed from any computer, regardless of where the email originated from. NovoEmails allows you to create one or many signatures per user adding to its flexibility. It also provides you with the possibility of confirming appointments through email and sending documents, normally printed, electronically. Tablet modules - NovoForms

Our dynamic forms module is a flexible tool for designing tailor-made questionnaires according to the information you need to collect (E.g.: Patient’s medical questionnaire). Its implementation with the patient’s file and the electronic file means that its use is not limited only to patients. Doctors can generate forms based on their needs to efficiently plan future treatments or follow-up of active treatments (E.g.: Clinical consultation exam and/or during recalls).
